Most studies are by field-work based, face to face seminars, Celebrant and DVD assisted, resource-person assisted Distance Education (i.e External Studies). Resource people include all college personnell (UK Directors and the Registrar, Dean of Studies, student Liaison officer, and principals. There is also a world wide email forum.)
Modules 1 and 2 are compulsory for all Diplomas and we recommend that they be studied first.
Pass grades are Pass, Credit, Distinction, and High Distinction
Passing Modules 1, 2 and 3, achieves a Diploma in Marriage Celebrancy
Passing Modules 1, 2 and 4, a Diploma in Funeral Celebrancy
Passing Modules 1, 2 and 5, a Diploma in General Celebrancy
Once the first Diploma is achieved it is then only a matter of completing the extra single Module to gain the other Diploma or, with the addition of Module 6, the Advanced Diploma.
Passing Module 6 achieves an Advanced Diploma in Marriage Celebrancy (or Funeral or General)
Completion of all modules achieves a Graduate Diploma in Celebrancy.
The College has provision for a Master in Celebrancy - by negotiation
Individual Module Certificates are issued when requested and are awarded in the grades, Pass, Credit, Distinction, High Distinction

(Registration is waived in only one case when a student wishes to study only the Module 8 Values, Ideals and Spirituality.)

Graduation Ceremonies are held periodically when and where they can be feasibly organised.
